Practice One for GT America powered by AWS was welcome by humid but cool Texas temperatures. The morning practice session reverberated the bowl of the 3.425-mile, 20-turn circuit as the two classes settled into a rhythm while circulating.
The series welcomes 24 cars for the weekend in Austin, Texas with eight manufacturer monikers gracing the grid. Over the duration of the 30-minute session saw very little turmoil with few drivers facing track limit warnings, a staple offense at America’s circuit.
