It’s time to break out the beads as the party for GT America powered by AWS began with Practice One at NOLA Motorsports Park in New Orleans, Louisiana. The 30-minute session ran clean and green- no purple or gold needed.
The 2.75-mile, 16-turn circuit offered fair skies and warm temperatures for drivers in their first official outing. Testing on the previous day was delayed due to rain in the bayou. Teams didn’t skip a beat getting back to work after three weeks of downtime following Sonoma Raceway.
