Gidley (Bentley) Takes Pole for First Sebring Invitational Contest

Sebring, Fla. - The Qualifying session for the GT America Invitational rounds has completed, with Memo Gidley taking the #101 TKO Motorsports Bentely Continental GT3 to the top spot for the weekend with a 2-minute, 2.913-second lap of the circuit.

P2 will see Rodrigo Sales, #77 Compass Racing Acura NSX GT3 driver, closing out the front row with his 2:03.267 lap time. Zelus Motorsports' Jason Harward (#88 Lamborghini Huracan GT3) will open up the second row, with P1 Masters class qualifier Jeff Burton slotting in next to him to start the race.

In Row 3, Jason Daskalos (#27 Audi R8 LMS) will take P5 in class and slot next to GT2 class P1 competitor Elias Sabo in the #8 GMG Racing Audi R8 LMS GT2. Row 4 will see the top GT4 class competitors go side-by-side into Sebring's Turn 1 when the green flag drops; #119 Stephen Cameron Racing BMW M4 GT4 will take the class P1 with the literal number two challenger Jason Bell (#2 GMG Racing Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT4) starting next to him. P3 and P4 in-class will see Scott Noble in the #49 NOLAsport Porsche in line with #50 3R Povoledo Racing driver Ross Chouest taking up the fifth row.
