Nashville, Tenn. - The second practice session of the GT America powered by AWS double-feature at the Music City Grand Prix has completed and Bret Curtis has reset the pace for the field. The #62 Ferrari 488 GT3 driver for Scuderia Corsa turned a 1 minute, 31.082-second lap to lead the SRO3 and Overall categories.
Driver Championship points leader Charlie Luck, driving the #45 Wright Motorsports Porsche 911 GT3 R (991.2) turned in the fastest practice lap of the session for the SRO3 Masters, clocking a 1-minute, 31.776-second lap.
The GT4 field saw Thomas Surgent take the top time for the session with a 1-minute, 36.478-second circuit in the #26 Prive Motorsports / Topp Racing McLaren 570S GT4.
Competitors rest up for the night and return to the Nissan Stadium temporary street course to churn out Qualifying burners on Saturday, August 7th at 2:50 pm CDT.
