Newcomers and Title Deciders in Indianapolis as GT America Enters Final Charge

The GT America powered by AWS championship heads to Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the final rounds of the 2025 season from October 16th to 19th. Champions will be crowned, but with crucial points still on the line, the Brickyard will provide the ultimate stage for the season finale.

After a dramatic stretch at Road America and Barber Motorsports Park that saw first-time winners, breakthrough performances, and podium shuffles, momentum is shifting rapidly across the paddock. With one event left, everything comes down to Indianapolis.

The Indianapolis finale is sure to be a full-scale motorsport festival. From open paddock access and autograph sessions to fan zones filled with local vendors, the event offers something for everyone. Adding to the excitement, Saturday’s Track Limits Live presented by Crown Coins Casino will bring live music and entertainment to the Pagoda Plaza, making the weekend an unforgettable mix of racing and celebrations.

Aston Martin 

Jason Bell and Racers Edge Motorsports continue their pursuit of a podium finish in the Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 EVO. After setbacks earlier in the season, Bell is looking to close strong. Meanwhile, Mike Johnson and Archangel Motorsports are adding some Aston Martin representation in the GT4 field.

Audi 

Memo Gidley showcased his statement speed at Barber, starting from pole and adding two podium finishes to his tally, but he’ll be chasing one last win before the season ends. CJ Moses also returns for the finale in his distinctive GT2 entry.

BMW  

Turner Motorsport’s Justin Rothberg has been the driver to beat all year long, extending his championship lead with a victory at Barber. With a 37-point margin, the title is firmly within his grasp as he heads to Indianapolis. Craig Lumsden is also keeping BMW in the spotlight with a Flying Lizard Motorsports GT4 entry.

Chevrolet 

Ross Chouest has been one of the standout stories of the second half of the season, with wins at both Road America and Barber in extremely difficult and ever-changing track conditions. Alongside Blake McDonald and Mirco Schultis, the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R and Callaway Corvette C7 GT3-R will be ones to watch at the Brickyard.

Ferrari 

After making his debut at Barber, Tony Davis is joined by additional Ferrari 296 GT3 contenders for Indianapolis. Rodin Younessi and Mitchell Green bolster the Prancing Horse’s presence as the SRO3 class grows even deeper for the finale.

Lamborghini

Flying Lizard Motorsports brings Lamborghini back to the GT America grid for the first time in 2025. Evan King will pilot the Huracan Super Trofeo in what is sure to be a popular addition for fans at the Speedway.

Mercedes-AMG

It’s been a little while since George Kurtz last took to the GT America grid, having last competed at the opening rounds of the season at Sonoma Raceway. With proven pace, it’s no secret that the CrowdStrike by Riley driver will be an immediate contender for victory.

Porsche

Kyle Washington remains in the hunt, adding another podium at Barber to keep the title fight alive. Though he still has a points deficit to leader Rothberg, crazier things have happened at IMS, and he’ll be pushing hard until the final checkered flag of the year. Alongside Jozsef Petkes in the GT4 ranks, Porsche will look to finish the season on a strong note at IMS.
