GT America Set for Pivotal Weekend at VIR

GT America Set for Pivotal Weekend at VIR

The GT America powered by AWS championship rolls into the scenic Virginia countryside for rounds eight and nine of the 2025 season, with VIRginia International Raceway set to host a pair of high-stakes sprint races from July 18th to 20th. As one of the most demanding and picturesque circuits in North America, VIR’s fast, flowing corners and technical sections will test drivers and teams alike in the single-driver format.

With valuable points on the line and just a handful of rounds remaining as the series moves into the second half of the season, every position will matter as the grid takes on the undulating natural terrain of VIR.

The SRO America event lineup will be jam-packed, with over 100 entries across six series delivering non-stop action, open paddock access, engaging fan activities, and family-friendly entertainment throughout the weekend.

Aston Martin expands its presence at VIR with two entries across GT3 and GT4. In SRO3, Jason Bell returns behind the wheel of his Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 EVO. In GT4, Michael Fitzpatrick made his series debut at Sebring and will look to build on that experience as he rejoins the grid.
