Sebring’s Storied Asphalt Awaits GT America’s Finest

The GT America powered by AWS championship is set to storm into the Sunshine State for rounds seven and eight of what’s already shaping up to be an intense season. Sebring International Raceway, one of the most iconic and demanding tracks in North America, will host the single-driver sprint series from May 16th to 18th.  

The grid is preparing to conquer Sebring’s notorious bumps and unforgiving layout, and the fight for valuable championship points is heating up. As one of the historic stops on the SRO America calendar, Sebring promises a can’t-miss weekend of heated, world-class racing. With over 100 entries anticipated across five series, fans can look forward to non-stop action all day, every day on one of America’s most legendary circuits.

Aston Martin

This time around there will be a new Aston Martin entry in the GT4 field at Sebring, with Michael Fitzpatrick making his debut in the series.

Audi

Fresh off a third-place finish in the previous event at COTA, multi-time series champion Memo Gidley is returning to the competition with SKI Autosports. The team, who captured a championship of their own last season, will be looking to build on that momentum in Florida.

BMW  

Justin Rothberg continued his winning ways at Circuit of The Americas, adding another victory to his growing tally, as well as a podium finish. He has quickly emerged as a frontrunner for the championship crown, but the title fight in the SRO3 class remains close.

Corvette

Ross Chouest recently scored his first podium finish in the series, with a third-place result in his new Corvette signifying that he is adapting quickly to his machinery. Now, he is hungry for more and in search of more trophies. Meanwhile, after an absence from COTA, Mirco Schultis is set to rejoin the fight.

Porsche

Kyle Washington is in the hunt for a championship title, serving up intense battles and claiming wins and pole positions in the process. After claiming his maiden win in the series at Sonoma, followed by consecutive podium results in Long Beach, he returned to victory lane again at Circuit of The Americas as well.

Toyota

Anthony McIntosh put on a thrilling show in Austin, Texas, entangled in an entertaining last lap battle that went all the way to the finish line, which saw him take home the Race 1 win. He followed it up with a P2 result in Race 2, cementing himself as a proven and consistent competitor.
