Elkhart Lake, Wisc. - George Kurtz set the fastest lap of the GT America contingent in the first official practice session of the weekend. The 2-minute, 9.602-second lap time was set by Kurtz in the #04 DXDT Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 under cool, overcast conditions.

Andy Wilzoch, returning with Flying Lizard Motorsports, turned a 2:10.145 lap time to top the Masters class in the #460 Porsche 911 GT3-R 991.2.

Jason Bell (#2 GMG Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT4) turned out the fastest lap for the GT4 contingent in the GT America series, running a 2:20.417 lap in the practice session.
