Friday Practice Continues For GT America Powered by AWS at Nashville

Nashville, Tennessee - GT America powered by AWS continues its preparation for Saturday’s main weekend events during the Music City Grand Prix, with multiple cars laying down impressive lap times.

In SRO3, Onofrio Triarsi once again set the top time of the session with a 1:28.659 behind the wheel of his #23 Triarsi Competizione Ferrari 488 GT3. Jason Daskalos was just about a second behind with a 1:29.625 piloting his #27 Daskalos Racing Audi R8 LMS GT3. George Kurtz set the third-fastest lap of the session with a 1:30.115 in his #04 CrowdStrike with Riley Motorsports Mercedes-AMG GT3, and Scott Smithson followed in his #08 DXDT Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3.

The GT4 field’s lap times were a tad tighter compared to SRO3’s. Robb Holland set a 1:35.127 in the #99 Rotek Racing Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport, followed by Chris Cagnazzi with a 1:35.308 behind the wheel of the #39 Cameron Racing Mercedes-AMG GT4, followed closely behind by Edgar Lau in the #124 Rotek Racing/ARG Ford Mustang GT4.

Qualifying goes down at 2 PM (EST) on Saturday.
